Call for Posters & Spotlight Talks
We invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit abstracts demonstrating their latest work bridging the gap between mechanical designs and computational algorithms.
Important Dates
Presentation Modalities
All accepted abstracts will be showcased during the workshop. Depending on scheduling and reviews, the presentation format will be either:
🖨️ Poster Presentation (during the lunch break & poster session)
⚡ Spotlight Session (a short talk with PowerPoint presentation, duration TBD)
The final presentation formats will be assigned and published on the workshop website on the day of the submission deadline (July 1, 2026).
How to Submit
Please prepare a one-page abstract formatted in PDF describing your work. Submissions must be sent strictly before the deadline on July 1, 2026.
- One-page Abstract Ensure the PDF file is attached to your application email.
- Sub-session / Workshop Theme Indicate which theme/sub-session your paper belongs to (e.g. Sensing-Hardware, Sensing-Software).
- Presenting Author Include the full name of the author who will present the poster or spotlight talk.
